I purchased a gift key yesterday and received no key or email. On my account it shows it charged me but says "pending" still. I have plenty of money in my account, so this is odd.

Yea I used my debit card. Like I said this has never happened before, though I was once issued an expired key lol.

If you open billing options , it ask for credit card not debit.
