First of all, i realise that if Vendetta doesnt proceed, this is a pointless thread, but i will throw it in anyway, also apologies if this has already been suggested.

We are all aware that the ranking tables are pretty much, well, meaningless unless you want to see who the best botter is, perhaps an option should be included to sort the tables by heading, then it would be possible to see who the most prolific "PKer" is etc., surely this kind of statistic would be of more use to show n00bs and less skillful fighters who to avoid/run away from?

My score (around 190k) is entirely composed of PKs and defbots. :D

The ranking tables show total kills and player kills. You can subtract the latter from the former to show bot kills.

EDIT: Many of the botters (FiReMaGe, among others) were great and powerful vets in the past, and have proven themselves then. They now find no reason to spill blood.

... hmm, on the subject of bragging, my score of 147k is entirely composed byPKs, the only exception being annoying bots who doensn't know their own best.

It would be interesting to have # of shots/hits/missed statistics. It would make possible to select the most effective weapon for you.

And we'd see everyone using gauss or sunflares. D'oh, they do already.

On the subject of bragging, my 30k score is composed entirely of bots.

I personally think that other stats besides kills should be recorded for people like me that don't kill often. I only have 30k of botkills because I like to be above the bots on the scorechart when I enter a sector.

ok, i admit i didnt really consider the "bragging" side of this, all i was wondering was, is it/would it be possible to have an option to look at the ranking tables in a different format of the users choosing?
