My recent travels through the universe have lead me to hear from my friend of a cap ship, being capital ship, not at all wanting to create one now-my licenses are far lower than his/most-but since I want to persist in this game, I'm looking for a chance to see my work pay off! So simple instructions on the creation of these cap ships would help...
