So I got to level 4 combat and light weapon licenses and now whenever I do anything and am told that I gained experience points in any of the two, there is no progress shown in my PDA.

Is there some kind of feature that I cant level up until my other licenses are caught up?
My current licenses are 4/4/3/2/2.

Or is this just a glitch?

You are a free-to-play member of the game, or have a lite subscription. you need a full subscription to continue gaining liscences.

If you do not wish to subscribe, then you can continue to play with the limited restrictions placed on you right now (lots of stuff is available to you even as a f2p pilot, and I hope you stick around and see what can be done). There are ways in-game around the liscence restriction when speaking about equipment, too, though the staple items of PvP can usually be bought with the limited 4/4/4/4/4 liscence cap.

If you wish to subscribe, however, its only 10$ a month; you can either purchase a subscription from the in-game menus (PDA>Options>Purchasing [I think?]), from the appstore you downloaded the game from, or from this site; just use the billing link on the navigation to your left.

If you arent sure you want to subscribe, just hit me up in-game (Or PM my alt, L-irc), and I can get you a 2-week subscription through a freind key. its a single-use-per-account thing that a subscribed pilot can give to newer pilots to let them "Trial" a subscription period. And if you find you enjoyed it, then I suggest subscribing and supporting the Developers of Vendetta Online!

It's also much less expensive if you buy in bulk, moreso if you wait for a special promotion; I'll be averaging precisely $6 per month on VO through the end of 2020 (about one trip to Starbucks, monthly).

I’m on the ios version, is the subscription needed there too?

10$ to remove liscence cap and gems on all versions. it ALSO gives PC access (Which is highly reccomended, for a variety of reasons). the universe is all connected. Mobile devices like tablets and smartphones, whether they run Android or iOS, have a limited f2p (Gems, Liscence cap, etc) and then the full subscription. PC, whether you use Windows, Linux, or a Mac, all give an 8-hour trial and then you have to subscribe. you can continue on PC with f2p limitations for 1$ a month, but I beleive you first have to buy that on mobile (?).

I moved to PC this weekend and I was given 5 minutes to try out the game before it kicked me. I think the eight hours has changed.

Thank you for the invitation. I have had so much fun playing and spent a significant amount playing that I decided to go ahead and support the game, but I am grateful for the offer and I think its an excellent idea to have the 2 week sub option for new players. Plus those annoying gems are out of my feed:D
