iirc whistler, XP and server 2003/ReactOS (NT5.x) will not run VO, for lack of GetNamedClientPipeProcessID in the kernel. Unless something has changed, of course.
I tried it in ReactOS a little bit ago, which is what gave me that error. besides, if your using that, who knows what else has been implemented since Vista (NT6) that the devs now require in their program?

I dropped the existing posted requirements.

For now, yes, VO runs on 32-bit systems, which is what your asking.
Luxen is right, and if they are the officially posted specs, they really do need updating. Guild dropped support for XP a few years ago when they updated their build environment, it simply will not run.
It should work. My Windows XP pc can't run it, I get a kernel error. But my Windows 7 pc runs it fine, and my laptop with 8.1 as well. My laptops is a pos.
