I was going through the site today and noticed the guilds, I had a couple questions; 1. would players be able to create their own separate guilds? 2. if so, how?

You must be subbed to do so; but you can join any existing guild as F2P. If you get subbed type /guild. P.S A guild needs 9 other subbed people,Otherwise it collapses.
