I have not been able to track down any information about the mechanics of these missions, if anyone could outline requirements/availability of these I would be very thankful.

These missions do not seem to be listed on the wiki page, and as far as I know are unrelated to bounties. The mission I remember was available from Corvus stations, and involved paying a fee of 30Mcr or so to buy your standing for a major nation up from hated/KOS to dislike. I found a reference in patch notes for the addition of a version of these for minor factions at the cost of 20 million, but could not find notes for the original implementation.

The missions page in general is on my list of things to re-write since its currently a bit messy, and I suppose I should KOS an alt so I can figure out how the missions work, so I can add them. Unless someone else allready is and is willing to tell us about it?

I might get my serco standing to dislike to farm noodles. If I do I'll tell you how it works.

From my experience you can only use the mission one or twice per faction and then it quits showing up.
