I've been wondering this for quite a while, how do you actually unlock the SL for purchase?

All I can do right now is just to manufacture them. Even selling the SL on Latos N-2 doesn't work.

They're manufacturable only. I assume they're on the list mostly for the stats display.

The sl is there for display and to set the repair cost. Like concrails.
