Ok.
I'm on Android and trying to enable MouseLook and it has taken me 3 hours with the only progress of me being able to tilt...can anyone please help me?

In options > advanced > General (I think) change the view to third person alternate.

I already have the mouse look option setup...it just doesnt let me move at all

Mice do not work on VO for Android. Best you can do with a mouse in VO is select menu options.
