Do we need to buy a premium package to manufacture any capships? Im not sure about it.

Yes you do need to have premium subscription to manufacture.

Basically to manufacture capship you need to be combat lvl 5, and to do that you need to subscribe, to go past 4/4/4/4/4 lvls cap.

Also if say you do get capship, and later stop subscribing, you will loose ability to fly your capship until you resubscribe again.

How about Trident M or the Goliath?

Just to add you can manufacture some smaller items without a full subscription, such as the improved high drain power cell.
