I am currently a f2p player on mobile. My question is, can I get Vendetta Premium on PC with the same account, or do I have to start all over.

If I remember correctly, your mobile account must be associated with an e-mail address. If you do not know the username and password to log in, you can reset your password and log in on the PC. Once you are able to log in through mobile and PC, you can subscribe and play premium on each.
