Yes just make it purchasable with no insurance like it was in the test except with license levels instead of LTS requirement. There needs to be something to spend all the credits made on the game on.

That's a pretty easy mission, if you pushed it you could probably make one in a week with trident assistance. Casually you'd want to set aside about a month or two, maybe three, which seems right.

The Goliath has an insurance mission, currently also 500k.

I've commented elsewhere on Suggestions about possibly making some capships available as one-off In App Purchases (for real money), without insurance.

For now, making this Manufactured and Insured version will have to do.

Trident insurance was never intended to stay at only 500k. Like it actually says in the mission text. So, no, 500k is just fine as an opening number for the Goliath.

you need combat 5 to begin manufacturing missions, and some of the items required take an XC I think, so 5/-/-/9/4(?)

but the ship itself doesnt have a liscence requirement, since it has to be made instead of bought.

You'll need to be subbed in to Fly it, otherwise it gets tossed back into M7.
