I wanna get the behemoth I'm TPG but it says (specially sanctioned personal only) how do I get that done? Iv done the faction part. And there is nothing on Google about this. Nothing on these threads about this topic. People talk about how to change it. Nothing about how to acualty doing and lifting the sanction.

You are not TPG. You can be UIT, Itani, or Serco, but you currently do not get to be TPG.

You haven't specified which Behemoth you're trying to get. There are several. The normal Behemoth and Behemoth XC just have normal license requirements that you have to meet, along with having sufficient faction standing with the faction owning the station. The Aeolus Light Behemoth, Behemoth Heavy Miner, and Behemoth Heavy Miner MkII all have badge requirements. Specifically, they require the Basic Trader III badge, the Basic Miner II badge, and the Basic Miner III badge, respectively.

"Specially Sanctioned Personnel Only" just means that there is an achievement required, be it a badge, certain number of Queen kills, etc. Pizza provided links for the badges, but some other requirements may not be badges or achievements. The best option is to look up the specific item on the VO wiki a, where it will show these special requirements... assuming the info for that item is up to date.

The 2 basic behemoths (the stock, and the XC) do not even require a high faction level. If you can dock at a station that sells one, and you have the required levels you can buy one.

The miner moths require a bit of a grind, it is the price you pay for having a moth while free2play.
