Haven't seen Airplane in a long time LOL

The release isn't useless - In the long run VR is VO's best future.
Personally I believe the Devs need to throw a lot of their work into getting VO positioned as THE VR MMO.
I hope Incarnate has in fact thought to try and get VO pre- installed on some of the new equipment.....

I used to think "Man... Why do the devs waste their time with VR?". And I used to crack jokes about "new updates for all the VR players... all three of them!" But then I realized that there ACTUALLY is a ton of VR players who just don't talk so much or mention they're playing on VR. And the numbers seem to be increasing. It's people you don't normally see around here, but when VR is concerned, they suddenly speak up.

I am not convinced that VR is the "gaming future". Maybe because I don't want it to be, since I am an oldschool guy who - when he has time for gaming - gets in front of his gaming PC, just using his keyboard and mouse and looking at his monitor. Like he has always done. I don't need some weird glasses to look through to have it feel more real.

But the developers have to make choices. And if they're right with their guess, then VO may get a good amount of players from the VR scene. And that'd good. If not? Well then we'll continue as we have been.
In the end, they're aiming to bring in more people that us bored PC veterans can shoot at. If you see it like this, maybe then you can deal better with another VR update that seemingly doesn't affect you at all.
However, I agree about always wanting new content too. The developers need to find a balance between not forgetting about the guys that kept them running this far and the guys that they now want to play the game, too. Don't worry, some content will come and then most of us will be satisfied for a while. Heh.

amazing. turning this game into a VR capable pretty game with only three people is a major achievment. good work guys!!
