If I decide to pay for a Lite via Google Play, is it gonna renew automatically after 1 month and take 1 USD out of my bank account? Or do I have to buy it manually after my Lite expires?

It is reoccurring, so it will automatically take the 0.99c every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your lite status until the next billing date. (You cancel in google play under subscriptions)
