Ship levels
I love the levels in vo, but there are some issues.
For one, the f2p nation ships should level at 4/4/4/2/2
For ships thay can be on par with full sub nation ships, in the right conditions, I personally believe that anything other than the above levels is far, far too unbalanced.
Another point is the ragnarok mark three.
For the most effective bombing ship to be available to the f2p populace is (slightly) undermineing rhe effort, and commitment that full subers need to devote ten times thier lite counterparts money towards the game..
Then again, I might be blowing things out of proportion, but ...

He mentions the f2p nation ships; these arent the Valk Prom and UDV, but (I think) the SVG, IBG, and WTD; he wants their liscence requirements to be increased to 4/4/4/2/2, to make them harder to get.
but I dont understand the second part, about the ragnarok. I THINK he wants rags to NOT be available to f2p pilots, but I think he should get back to the forums and clean up his post...
I (VERY partially) agree with the first point, though 4/4/4/2/2 sounds a bit high. perhaps 4/3/3/2/- would be better.
I didnt know rags were available to f2p, and wouldnt mind them being subbed-only if they are. If a f2p pilot wants to deshield, maybe we could teach them to stack geminis from a hornet, or have them go to Sedina.

Well, to be honest, the idea of the ragmk3 being available to f2p's triggers me because it's the best stacking ship.
Prehaps a full sub only ragmk4 (higher turbo thrust, lower weught) might solve this issue.

SVG is already combat 4, so I have no objection to raising the levels for the others, but I don't see what this would improve so I'd say nah.

Well Luffy, there once was a suggestion for an advanced and really cool bomber Rag and that thread has like over 250 posts and everyone was agreeing on it but...
Someone should really bump that thread. I don't think Incarnate saw it... :P
Woah it's only 154 posts right now. But to me, it felt like atleast 500! I want this bomber. Now.
Stacking/bombing is overrated. Two f2p pilots in Ec-107's armed with Hxs can deshield queens and tridents. So complaining that a f2p pilot has access to a rag is just silly.
