Newbies can't aim so I doubt THEY can ever kill anyone on accident. Unless you are an idiot and you ran into their blasters at 5%.
Shrug. It's dropping sensors for faction loss in sectors to which you're sending new pilots for training. If nations can monitor the Orun botting sectors in which nooblets learn to fly, this is a nothing burger. You want to kill them, you take the faction hit. NBD.

Excellent, so can we now get rid of the "magical protection" Capitol systems have? Or maybe restrict it to the station sectors (to maintain the safety gradient concept)...?
"Made some tweaks to the management of powercell energy in capital ships, during jump-out."
Can we get some clarification on this?

I am fine with this change. The previous status quo always felt a little exploity anyway.
The possibility of moving Queens out of Capitols is not really a major loss either.
Are you kidding? There's a dearth of multi-player and group activities in the early game... This is something experienced players and newbs alike can get together and do without having to grind standing for weeks on end.
C'mon Inc...
