I fail to see the point of Badges / medals if no-one exept you can see them
if I want to know what badges someone has I should be able to look them up
if this is possible then I apologise for being a noob
if it isn't then it should be

On PC: target a player and press 'k'

On Android / VR: you must bind a button to CharInfo

Enter the following into chat, but substitute the name of the button for <key> (e.g. DPadDown):

/bind <key> CharInfo

Then target the player you wish to know about and press the button you have CharInfo bound to. Voila!

If you are on a phone and don't have a gamepad, simply entering "/CharInfo" into chat when you are locked on to another player should work, I think.
