How are bandwidth costs currently being covered?
I'm guessing all the devs are pitching in with the money they earn from a part-time or full-time job. If not... they're gonna have a lot of loans to pay off.

Well, yeah... But what I'm saying is the bandwidth costs are relatively low... Manpower is the most expensive part...
Just curious. They must be pretty significant, and we're all playing for free o.0
If I recall correctly, they're running fiber optic to someone they know who's giving them a discount... Also, there aren't usually more than about 40 people on at once, with the usual at more around 20. Even if each client needed a total of 50 KBps (up and down combined), that would only be a megabit or two, which is medium- to low-end business access...
But its constant. And they aren't getting any steady cash flow from us. I'm sure the costs would add up.
