I started playing from PC, did first missions and remember that after completing the basic ones there was a pop-up with green crystals (I think the number of them was 10) which I believe were rewarded to me. I looked everywhere and asked in help channel, but still cannot locate where the total amount I have is displayed. I also logged in from my android phone, but can't find them too.

Help me please! If someone can screenshot the location, I will really appreciate it!

P.S.: i haven't subscribed yet, few people asked for it explaining that after subscription they will disappear.

As I understand it, Crystal currently only applies to accounts created via mobile. If you begin on PC you are given a free 8-hour trial that only counts down when you are logged in, and begins once you leave the training sector. You don't earn Crystal this way; once the trial is up it's Premium or nothing.

If you want to play with Crystal on a PC, your best bet is to create an account on mobile then sign up for a Lite subscription.

Roger that, I deleted the character so I can recreate it on mobile phone.

You definitely get the 10 crystal message during a PC 8-hr trial training sector mission. No idea what happens with them or anything though.

I deleted my previous character I made on PC. After it I created a new character on the same account using my android phone. For some reason after several hours of play trial expired message appeared and doesn't let me login anymore asking to buy subscription. Isn't this game free to play for mobile phones?

You need to create a new account on mobile, then a new character.

You could also fill in a support ticket, explaining that you would like your account changed to a mobile F2P account.
