Awesome, can we nerf the hound now so all the bored vets can't pad their ever so important PK counts swarming the noobs in the sector.
I've already commented on that Suggestion, and yes it will happen.
But that does not mean it will happen instantly, nor does it mean it's "being ignored".
As of last week, I had slated it for this-week. We'll see.

Thank you.
Slick I'm a game changer yet again

This would also inherently favor the informed veteran player, as the average, silent mobile-newbie will have no idea it exists.
This is a terrible idea for something to "help bring in new people", whether they dislike the grind or not. It's undocumented, obfuscated, and requires resources (multiple accounts, or other people) to utilize.
It would both (and equally) favor vets who want to level up new characters and vets that want to help new players level up quickly and get into the fun parts of the game quicker. Vets who have more characters have more invested in the game and more reasons to play. Sadly, grinding up new characters in the normal, slow fashion is not often enough incentive to create alts. Only through BP was it worthwhile (for me, anyhow). So yes, I think the grind should be addressed, but that's a much larger long term undertaking.
But also, lets not forget that informed vets are already necessary and integral to VO because of the vast amount of undocumented aspects of gameplay ("specially sanctioned personnel", hive missions, how to stack missiles and avalons, how to manufacture a trident, how to use plugins, how to engage in queening, explaining of faction penalties, the list goes one and on). Providing veteran players with a tool to help new players isn't a terrible idea, it's a great one.
Just my two cents... obviously not in line with your thinking and I can accept that.
Hopefully with the recent changes BP will remain a helpful tool for newb developement as well as the hotspot for group PvP that it has been since the re-issue.
