for phones is free but limited license , with 1$ per month lite sub u can play ur limited phone account and on pc and 10$ per month premium unlimited and u can play ur account to all platforms vo support

Through the site here under billing options, you can also get discounts for multiple months as low as $6.66 per month for a two year subscription. After giving vo some time, you might find saving up for a longer term will save you some money.

Yeah, if you're only playing on Android, it's free-to-play. You do eventually hit a level limit, but not a play-time limit (and there's lots of equipment available at that level).
