removed. Daily limits still in place.
- Concussion Railgun mass reduced from 4000 to 2000.
- Turret auto-aim field-of-view has been set to match the limitations
of the turret object.
- Further improved billing robustness for various mobile platforms,
updates still being released on a platform-by-platform basis.

Thanks for buffing the weight on the concrail. However without concussion it's just a curiosity piece as opposed to something useful in game.
