vo-wiki changes
Racecar
-Racecar is now racecar2/ it was heavily attacked over the holidays and the bots wont leave the /racecar url alone
-The link on the main wiki was updated to this
-wiki is updated to latest stable and has the same antispam tools installed as the main wiki now there have been no more breaches since the changes were made
**I was doing some Lua myself today and there's a lot deprecated or new stuff missing these days so it could use some love from its users and maybe the devs

-Installed MobileFrontend, This should make viewing from a phone less of a PITA I tested about 20 pages at random and it seemed fairly improved and easy to navigate with only a handful of minor glitches on some significantly older pages
-Fixed the wiki e-mail configuration so reset passwords should now work
** Could also use some love from the users but it is decent for most topics
