You can't buy it. Currently there is no flag that allows you to outright purchase it, you have to manufacture it through a set of missions.

I have no idea why this is listed for sale. It makes no sense right along with these other items you can't ever buy:

Neutron Blaster MkIII at UIT and subfaction stations
Concussion Railguns

They should make it purchasable for 2 mil, or manufacturable for the supplies as it is now. Give people a choice how they want to acquire it.

Maybe have it act like the trident. After manufacturing it once you can get insurance on it and purchase it back if it splodes.

Trident insurance is one of the most retarded things in the game. It should be contained and eliminated, not permitted to spread.
