One akk on several devices???
Have a question. Can i play by one akk and char, from android and PC? And if yes, then how?
just log in with same account name, all info will be available except for notes and some plugin settings/info such as targetless, that info is kept on local device
Yes, you need only have one single account.
Your data is all stored server side, bar a few things, and can be retrieved by any client of the game.
Simply use the same credentials to log in on different sessions.

You can use the same account on any device, but not at the same time. Only 1 char per account can be logged in at any time.
The challenge is helping new people "convert" their account so they know their login and password. On mobile we auto-create the account, because on those platforms it's all about the minimum time to gameplay, and no one ever wants to "sign up" for anything. So, mobile players have to later "convert" their account in Options, which lets them pick their permanent login and password.
We're still trying to figure out the right way (in the UI) of streamlining that process, and informing new people about it. We trigger conversion on certain things, like Lite Sub and so on (needed to play cross-platform at present), but it still needs to be improved.

Oh so that's how they lose their accounts.
I was around before all these new fangled dodads and fillemabobs.
You had a name
You had a password
And you flew uphill both ways to sector 7

Simple enough. Just put a bold message somewhere in game and/or on the game info page like iTunes. And also on the home page here. Express whatever is needed to do.
How about when the app is opened for the first time require the user to create an account before continuing, this would just be a free account though but it would keep people from losing their account. keep payments out of it though, They can learn about and add payments later.

A large percentage of mobile downloading players never actually read the description, let alone the website. Anyway, it's more about finding the right "flow" and putting the information into the tutorial process in some sensible way.

Mobile games don't do that, because people on mobile don't want to sign up for anything. They just want to play, as quickly as possible. We used to have an account creation in the app as part of first runtime, and it drastically reduces the number of people who actually try to play.
Anyway, we are constantly working to improve this situation.

Whoa, I guess I'm just one of the exceptions. I read all about it in the iTunes description. Also many reviews. And many times go to the Dev web site. I compared ur game to many out there. I'd put that info there regardless if they read it or not. It's just page landscape use.
Btw, I got one of my friends to come over from another game we've been playing. Will see if others want to move over to the dark side also ;)
