Nothing like that is currently being produced, to my knowledge.

One solution would be to draw one yourself (or commission an artist to do it for you), and then find a large-format print service to print it out on nice big glossy paper. There might actually have been a player working on something like that a while back; maybe you can find their work and pick up where they left off.

The one I posted is a vector graphic and can scale to whatever size you want.

You can buy a hardcopy of VO on ebay, and I think it includes a big map of the type you want. Prices are dirt cheap and the box includes a code for a month of VO. I actually made one of these a long while ago, a full size poster made for a large plotter... though I don't think I've publicly shared the full version before (It was exclusive to TGFT initially) I see no reason the rest of the community shouldn't enjoy it now.
