I should note that a certain individual who is muted right now has multiple accounts and is using it to their advantage to bypass their mute status. I'm not going to name any names here unless you're interested though. The chat logs pretty much do the job of showing this.
Hint: The second word of this person's name is the same word in both accounts. The first word, however, is different. Riddles are fun.

Wow! I wonder what kind of [edit] n00b [/edit] would do such a terrible thing like that!
You've been Thunderclaw'd!

What? Jerk? Excuse me for having concern over someone who has not only broken his EULA but also went so far as to bypass punishment set by an official guide. If there are no consequences behind these actions, why have guides and rules to begin with? Just saying.
So *yanks back on topic*
We can have multiple copies of the softawre, on different comps, so long as we have ONE account. :-) */me does a happy dance*

So if we want to delete an old account we just e-mail you then? Is that right Incarnate?
im just saying arolte that you were being a sort of jerk implying that... im quite sure that the devs can figure that out with out you pointing that out to everyone in the vendetta world... im not trying to offend you

Arolte, are you suggesting i have broken the EULA? Could you prove that? I think not...
Clarification, people. The ToA do not prohibit you from having multiple accounts, but multiple copies of Vendetta. Let me quote:
-------------
2.1.1 Rights. Customer may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer, and except for making one back-up copy of the Software, may not otherwise copy the SOFTWARE. This LICENSE of SOFTWARE may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.
------------
No where does it limit the number of accounts a person may have. Even though Incarnate has posted, you are still legally vulnerable until he officially trashes the current EULA and composes a new one that you all agree to. So even though the word is that it's "OK" to have it on multiple computers, to legally protect yourself, it's not a good idea. He also vaguely references to being "greatly irritated" by those that have multiple accounts *Cough*Kastin*Cough*, but again, this is not legally binding until the EULA is re-done.
Also, IO, the "I'm not trying to offend you, BUT..." is actually quite offensive. Please read my post in the "Learn How to Argue" thread. Arolte is is staying within the guidelines by pointing out the abuse of another player.

As i said previously.. if you can PROVE i have broken the EULA, then lets hear it.. otherwise take your threats elsewhere...
SirCamps: It's irrevelant. We do not pay for this software. It comes with no warrantee. Therefore, one could assume that since Guild is liable for no damages, regardless of circumstances, that their removing access from us without reason would not be illegal, but would be in effect within their rights. The EULA is part of it, but they don't need all the rules there. They only need the rules there if the software is commercial/costs money and can therefore be a cause of damages.
