What Tablet?
So im looking to get a tablet and play this game, and i want to run it with the highest settings. What tablets do you suggest i look into getting? Cheaper the better ;)
The only tablets I've played this on are an Asus TF300T with the keyboard dock and an iPad 2. It runs fine on both of these.
You could use a normal computer too if you've got one...

play it on a cheap PC and you'll be happier than the most expensive tablet
If you're seeking to obtain a device of some sort to play the game, a PC will almost certainly provide a better experience than a tablet. Keyboard/mouse/joystick/etc... work better for flight controls than touchscreens and accelerometers do. A low-end PC will run the game. Anything with a serious modern GPU will run it at high settings.
Google's Nexus line is always a good place to look for high-spec Android phones and tablets. They tend to be less expensive than comparable models and lack the brokenness that happens when hardware companies try to customize software.

Tablets are great as a complimentary device to VO, say you have something like trading to do or traveling in your dent but the second combat happens you're doomed
But to get the most out of it you need a computer

Tablets are also great for VO on the go... A laptop can also do this, but the form-factor of a tablet can be more portable and the battery life is in general very significantly longer on a tablet.
I have an ASUS transformer tablet, and find it handy for VO on the go (when I have time for such things on the go :( ). The keyboard-dock is a bonus as well, and the usb-ports on said dock also allow joystick usage :)

For an Android tablet, the Nexus line are a decent choice, and always have the latest OS updates. The Nexus 10 should run the game well, or will after we release the new mobile texture packs in a few weeks, but we don't have one locally for testing.
The best performance (for this.. instant, it changes quickly) will probably be from a Qualcomm S800 chip or a Tegra4. Actually, the Kindle Fire HDX is probably pretty fast, but it's very Amazon and not standard-Android. The game is available for it.
And, like everyone else, I have to chime in and say that the touchscreen control UI is not as good as a keyboard, or a keyboard+mouse, or a joystick. Tablets make great secondary / mobile devices for the game, but are not ideal "sole" devices. You can get a Moga Pro (bluetooth gamepad) for a tablet, and that'll improve things, but keyboard+mouse is hard to beat.

Thanks for the replys, but i guess i should mention that i have started playing on my pc. I just want something to play on while i have breaks at college.
Then I have great news for you! Recently (around 1990), a number of companies introduced highly-portable versions of the PC with LCDs and built-in batteries in a nifty clamshell form factor with integral keyboards and pointing devices.
Well hey zak thanks for all the help!! I was born in 1984 and had no idea of these crazy things you are talking about(sorry for going to finish my masters degree). So if anyone else can actually give me some good advice, or hell maybe tell me what tablet they use it would help.
Incarnate's suggestion is spot on. For the price, you are hard-pressed to beat the Nexus 10.
Hey, I said Nexus first.
But I'm serious in that a laptop - even a cheap one or a used one is better-suited for playing VO than a tablet. It's also better-suited for bringing to lectures to take notes or to libraries to write papers. I know laptops, having been around in more or less their current form for about a quarter of a century lack the novelty of tablets, but they're still considerably better for most more demanding forms of work and play.

Not necessarily...
VO looks and runs better on my Asus TF300T, and with the keyboard dock it runs for longer than it does on my laptop.

Your laptop is six years old, and with that keyboard dock on it, your tablet may as well be a laptop.
