Video on front page.
I just updated the front page of the site to embed the HTML5 version of the "newer" trailer, instead of the flash-only version of the older trailer.
I'm hoping this is more compatible with iOS, Safari and so on. It works fine on all my browsers (well, my older Android 2.3 phone is a little grumpy about it, but my Android 4.1.2 tablet works fine).
Please check it out and tell me if it's working or not, that'd be much appreciated. I'm pushing a newsletter out shortly and I thought a "more-functional" video on the front page might be a good idea.

Works fine for me, Win8, current IE.

Today a newbie was just talking about how he found the game on the obscure 6dof Wikipedia page and was astonished that something like this existed highlighting how desperately we could use marketing on a more regular basis.
Better polish off that hat stand so you can wear all your different Guild Software hats, marketing/lead dev/quality control/forum asskicker etc.. etc..

Works fine over here, with Firefox+Linux.
Same here, linux (ubuntu 13.10 + xmonad) with chromium
Works fine here - Safari, Android 4.1.2, Galaxy S3
Works on Safari on my Mac and Chrome on the Win7 box.
Not only do you need to have iOS on the front page, with a link to the App Store download, but the video needs an update to include iOS on the "Platforms Supported" title slide.

Works from google nexus4, linux (arch64) firefox and chrome. No issues.
Ok, thanks everyone, good enough for me.
There is actually a video that has iOS on the slide, I'll look at using that.. and yeah, we need to add the platforms to the page. There's no WinRT either. Doing that is on the list, but a larger undertaking than just making the video work for now.

The Internet At-large thanks you for your efforts to rid the web of Adobe Flash. :)
+100000 for Arf
^^ lol
The trailer is kind of boring, some epic music and more booms would do it good. Maybe include snippets from existing VO YouTube videos?
