i have only recently discovered this game.
i watched the first video and started out
after a couple of goes at training, i was judged ok to start.
and this was when my problems started…
i cannot get into the game at all
i have a recent iMac (2011) and have al the usual defences but don't undertand pc talk.
to my surprise there is no help desk so i must rely on you good people for help
i have tried switching off my firewall but it made no difference
i won't let this problem defeat me
please help me. i live in the uk so cannot always be online when you are so please be gentle with me!
hopefully someone will answer me

We also have a support forum specifically for Mac.

To confirm it is a local network issue, try connecting from somebody elses connection, a public library or tether your mobile phone internet to your computer if you know how to do that.

Alternatively, disable all of your 'defences' and try that. Try connecting straight through your adsl/cable modem rather than through a router.

We cannot help you further than to suggest random things to do. Invite a friend around that knows about computers and get them to troubleshoot with you or something.
