i have just found this game.
i joined and started.
but when i start,it says 'unable to connect'
is there something hat i have missed?
or have i just been unlucky?

Make sure you don't have some kind of firewall blocking access to the game. I've run into this before when using public WiFi.

Also if you're on a network which has proxies, it won't connect through them.

open UDP on FW
explain your network setup, and what are you using to run the game

You may need to manually allow vendetta.

The port specifics are also in the Vendetta Online FAQ (second to the bottom).
