Got any teaser shots of the new Trident skins?

We've seen the new vulture and it looks pretty cool, but how about those fancy new Trident textures?

Got any in-progress shots floating around or have the trolls already burned that bridge to the ground?

Yup, been working on that actually.

Not just skins, but also mesh variations. Basically, we have to preserve the ability to use the original Trident texture coordinates, but we can make changes to the mesh that still "look right" with the same coordinate values. So.. stretching or scaling things here or there, duplicating mesh areas that re-use the same content, etc.

But you'll have to wait for a proper newspost :).

Gonna give the Type M some love too?

The focus is on the variants for now. That could be possible down the road.

Have you decided what will be the "variations"?

Visual models only, or specializations, like each one focused either in combat or cargo transport?

Wow!

I need to start stockpiling resources to start building immediately after they have been released.

As someone who already suffered trough making a dent once I hope there is a "refit" mission that just requires the variant specific computer and sensor module.

Cause if we have to do it all again you will have made a powerful enemy!

I disagree with being able to modify stuff, that seems to easy.

I don't care if you disagree you don't know how complete shit it is to make one so stfu

If you have a dent and conq. stations are capship dockable, then it is easier! Otherwise it sucks.
