I had similar issues while playing with Bikiko's Rift, and got around it by tweaking the resolution settings, but it was a headache. I had to set them to one setting to login, then another to play, once in game.

ubergeekseven, if you can post/send us a screenshot of the issue, that would help us solve the problem. I wasn't able to reproduce your problem with our Rift.
