Missions and 2 week friend key
Hello,
I don't have enough of 8 hours to analyze how this game works without your help. I would like to know how the missions work exactly. The basic tutorial missions seem to stay after completion and while in itan I seem to still have the same missions even after completing them...more specifically prospecting. Although the ore to prospect changes...it still comes back. I am more concerned about not doing the same missions over and over again....does it track completed missions?
Last but not least I am LF a 2 week friend key to further evaluate this game - seems fun, but not too sure yet...the game seems old and population seems to be very low on the server.

Regarding the prospecting missions: there are 120 of them scattered throughout the galaxy. Most systems have 4, I think. If you complete one and it comes back with a different ore, you are making progress. Find more information on missions here:

If you would like a 2-week friend key, I'd be happy to provide you with one. Send me an email at phaserlight (at) mmorpg (dot) com.
Hope you hang around; this is a very fun game if you give it time.
My suggestion is to get to Combat 3, build up a reserve of at least 500,000 credits, try your hand at some Hive Skirmish missions and Border Skirmishes, then head down to Greyspace and find a sensei to mentor you in the ways of PvP... but it is not recommended that you home there. After that, there are many possibilities...
If you are the non-combative type it's perfectly feasible to trade your way through the game, acquiring rare items, selling them to other players, discovering rare ore locations, or just playing the market in order to become a gazillionaire. Keep in mind that some areas of the galaxy are far more dangerous than others depending on who your character is.

Well, that's the best reply to any post I've ever written.
Thanks.
Thanks.
