Hah, I miss the days the devs used to play with us all like that. I know they have their excuses, but the reason they don't do it now is cos if they don't have their magic shields on, I alone would kick all their collective asses. :-P

Sometimes they still take the magic shields off. Right after they added conc rails and then made impossible to obtain in-game, we used to pop Inc in B8 and snag a few off his wreckage.

Is there an available ETA on other platforms getting the pretty new pictures?

Windows, Mac and Linux have "everything" for now. iOS already has the updated planets, but not the nebula. Android and WinRT have neither the updated planets or the nebula.

We'll probably update iOS and Android next; but I don't know when exactly, or how we'll go about it. Download size is a big deal on mobile. Punching up another 100MB textures on top of an existing 250MB install is a lot for Android. On Android it might be "optional", like an extra pack that you can get if you choose to. We'll see.

Thanks for the quick reply. I play on IOS and am just looking for some conformation that IOS will be updated along with the PC/Mac systems as new features are added in the future before I make a commitment to throwing to much time into the game as I have no access to PC so IOS will be it for me.
