I log in today to play game. I am annoyed in channel 100 there is a company spamming warranty sales? I get enough spam in email no want in game. Is there a spam filter in game? or what!
That's an in-game organization (the pirate guild [FAMY]), not an out-of-game company. "Warranty" is code for "protection racket". In other words, if you bump into any of them, they'll shoot you unless you have purchased a warranty.
But anyway, you can use the /ignore command to ignore anybody you dislike.

Without what you refer to as "assholes of the game", or if you want to be accurate and factual... a criminal organization... the game would be quite boring. If you don't like pirates, murderers and criminals, why would you play a game called VENDETTA?

The "Spam" as you call it is very minimal. Family Galactic Travel advertises on 3 channels, and each is timed so it is greater than 1 hour between messages. We advertise on System, 100, and 411. 411 is an optional channel, so if you don't manually join that, at most you see 2 advertisements in a 1 hour period. If you are not in Dau, you see 1 at most.
Family Galactic Travel may be a criminal organization, but it gives you something real and tangible to worry about, without which the game would be boring.
We do a lot of good things too though. In the last few days, I have personally:
1) Given out a free 5 day warranty to a returning new player.
2) Escorted a new player from grey space back into Serco territory, saving his life at the Serco border from an Itani nationalist. Yes, he had a warranty.
3) Offered combat advice to several non-FAMY players to help them be more competitive in PVP.
4) Made a fresh character to assist a new player with the first few missions, helping them figure out how to get out of the training sector.
I am not alone either, Wes regularly gives out free goodies. YT and Toledo regularly help new players. Much of what Family Galactic Travel does for the universe is done under the radar without any need for recognition or praise.
The only people who seem to have a problem with us are new players who take the hard line: "never work with pirates!"

If someone in chat bothers you, you can do this:
/ignore <player>
Substituting any given player name for <player>. If the name is more than a single word, use quotations. For example, if you no longer wish to hear chat from Family Galactic Travel, do this:
/ignore "Family Galactic Travel"

DE-A, I'm actually one of the nicer people in VO, I'm not in FAMY and it's not that I'm funny or cool or even that I'm making fun of you... you do that just fine on your own.

1) There's a mechanism for you to not see the offending chat text.
2) You seem unable to distinguish spam from normal conversation
3) Manbearpig
On a serious note though....take some time to enjoy the game. Don't worry about what isn't absolutely perfect and to your liking, and just enjoy playing. After you have some experience with the game, people will be more receptive to your feedback.
