The VO-wiki says "a series of missions" from biocom. But Im now admired with biocom and there is the mission that is available for the Manufacture of the Mine- the mission just tells me to go to I-8 wen conquered with the materials and build it.
sooooo....what am I missing here.. I didn't do any mission trees.

The mission you are referring to was added after the mission tree the VO wiki notes was implemented. Like any wiki, the VO wiki is not always accurate or up to date. Feel free to register and help out with any additional info you might have.
