The policy now is that characters with offensive names will be asked to change them. If the request is not honored, the character (and all other characters on that account) will be muted. Repeat offenders may face IP banning. Additionally, guild may close new account signups to prevent people from coming back from a ban.

Offensive names may include, but are not limited to:

racial/sexual/religious slurs
"gross" names
slanderous names
names which could be expected to offend others
etc.
