First time player, here, couple of interface questions

1) Is there anywhere you can see how much of your 8 hour trial you have used/have left? If so, where?

2) Is there any way to skip the forced splash screens shown when you start the game? After seeing them 3, 10, or 100 times, I'm pretty sure I'm going to hate them. Do they stop if you subscribe?

3) Is there any way to permanently acknowledge the EULA, like every other MMO? Does it stop if you subscribe?

1) No, it shows you when you log in each time. (just scroll up to the top of chat if not sure)

2) Splash Screens? You mean the one that says "NAOS, Guild Software Presents Vendetta Online"?
If so, No, but you don't have to look at it :P

3) No, but a plugin can auto accept it for you.

2) The game is already loading in the background while that splashscreen plays. So even if they added a way to skip the splash, it would just mean you'd spend that much more time sitting at a loading bar.

I prefer the loading bar. Always did.
