In MacOSX, does the resolution in Windowed mode include the move bar (far top, with the close minimize, and other buttons)?

No, it's just the size of the inside of the game window. Do a screenshot and look at the size of the resulting image.

Is there a windowed mode for PC? I haven't been able to find it...
