Last KS Newsletter is out.
Web version available here.
For those of you who are subscribed to the newsletters on Gmail, please keep an eye out in your Spam folders and un-flag it as spam (click the little "x" in the Spam tag). It may only get restored to a non-spam state if a lot of people un-flag it.
Ironically, our delivery on other mail providers seems to be pretty good. Gmail used to be our best. Ah well.

have not recieved this, checked spam not there either... Still sending? Or something went wrong? Would be a shame if others missed the last update too :)
Yep, my Gmail Spam folder caught it again.
"Some people have asked if I intend to run another Kickstarter at a lower dollar number, should this one not succeed; and the answer is "not in the near future"."
Instead of running another kickstarter, I think you should run micro-crowdfunding campaigns on the VO website with specific development goals and rewards that people can pledge towards for each stage. For instance one could be for dynamic conflict, one for trident updates etc.. etc.. and the community can put in to fund these features. Less risky and more likely to succeed than the big kickstarter, but it appears it was worth doing for the marketing exposure if nothing else.

Just arrived, in my SPAM folder though, have not seen them in SPAM in the past (this is the first VO newsletter that went to SPAM on my gmail), that might not be a good sign :S
Mine came as SPAM, too. Only the 1st kickstarter update, and this last one, was detected as SPAM.

Wow. That update about Ouya support has really kickstarted pledges. It's already gone up another 4 percent.

We're still sending. And we just had to halt it, actually, because Ray left a uhh "feature" out of the Hotmail-specific delivery, where Hotmail/MS/Live people were getting messed-up subject lines. It will be restarted shortly, but we have to limit our sending rate to keep people like Yahoo and Hotmail and others from deferring or rejecting delivery.

Actually, I don't think that was the OUYA, it was more some big increases from existing players and some people coming in from the newsletter. But.. there has been some OUYA interest, hopefully that will increase.
