VO 1.8.240 includes:

- Improved long press to add waypoints to navmap. The waypoint is added immediately after the long press instead of waiting until the press is released.
- Fixed default font size on Kindle Fire HD 7" tablets so the station menu isn't clipped off the right side of the screen.
- Fixed some lua errors.
- You will now be sent to Corvus if your home station and nation hate you instead of being bounced back and forth between stations.
- Temp KOS is now properly removed when you die in an empty sector.
- If you acquire Temp KOS with your home station's faction, your home is moved to your nation's capital or Corvus if you are hated by your nation.
- Increased convoy activity in station sectors, this is an ongoing testing process that will begin over this weekend. It may not appear immediately, but should solidify over the coming week.

Just decided to sign up to this game, alas the google play store does not support in game purchases WTF? Only have an hour left on my free trial and its the weekend :-(

Any ideas when this will be sorted?

In-app purchases should work fine on the Play Store? What's not working about it?

Otherwise, if you want you can use our direct payment systems on the website. Just click on Billing Options on the left side. Credit cards and PayPal and other options are accepted.

It has an error message saying "this version of the application does not support payments throufh the play store" have tried closing down and restarting but still no dice :-(

It's possible that the sideload build does not support Play Store payments. I thought it detected the presence of the Play Store, but Ray would need to respond on this one.

In the meantime, I'd suggest using the website payment system.

I think it is checking the version of installed apk against the version of the published apk, which is currently different.
I'm pushing the new apk to Google Play but it should take a few hours at least before it is available.

Thanks for all the help chaps, unfortunately it still does not work :-( still the same error, as incarnate mentioned i had to side install because my phone ia not aupported according to play.

Managed to sort myself out using pay pal, and twas a nightmare but got there in the end.. Let me know if you want me to test out the Google pay option at any point ;-)

The Google Play option should be working now. I tested it with no problems.

It can take upwards of a day or rarely even longer for the update to propagate through Google Play's servers.

Regarding the convoy activity. Are these ships just going to end up going to other stations or are they just going to go straight to the station in that sector?
