This sounds like an end to rocket valks... or at least a way to controll complete rocket arena stuff. Any one else have any ideas what these 'gameplay changes' might be to bring the game back to where it "was a bit more fun[?]"

also, if it was effective on weapons as well, it would drastically limit rocket usage, as well as nuke utilization.

I doubt we will see a fix for rocket spam any time soon. I think the next update will focus on the new economy. A new economy could fix some game play problems if it makes money hard to earn.

At least it would be a step in the right direction.

i don't see money becoming any harder to earn in the near future. Money is easy to get because this is a test. they want us to have the money availible to buy the goodies so we can play with them.
