Changelog:

- New minor faction logos in station menus.
- Temp KOS for a faction was not being applied if it was already active for another faction.
- Players who damage themselves then get killed by someone else no longer get a PK assist.

Why is the TPG logo blue? Their faction color is light green.

I rather like the new logos, hope to see them used elsewhere.
