What's up with all the links I keep encountering that take me to a "You do not have access to this forum" message? (The latest was a link from the vo-wiki plugins page.)

I encountered it quite a bit recently while browsing through forums on skins and plugins here in the VO forums, as well.

Dunno, I followed the links and had no trouble. I even logged out to see if that made a difference. Please include a link that does not work for you and perhaps we can figure it out.

In an attempt to slack off from what I should actually be doing, I've figured it out.
This page on racecar has a link to the "Community Projects" dating back to when "Community Projects" was forum 9 instead of 16.

Talk about a non-issue.
