Yes, we've had a Tegra3 development kit for a little while now, and NVIDIA actually uses VO as one of their test cases. So it runs great.

We're going to be releasing an update that specifically improves the default graphics settings for Tegra3. Should be a few nice tweaks. The extra cores on Tegra3 should also be great for voice chat, whenever we roll that out.

Google has tested VO on Ice Cream Sandwich (Samsung Nexus) and told us it works well, and sent us a few screenshots. So that should also be fine.
