I do not know any other way to describe it. But it seems like VO *ramps* mouse input when Joystick mode is enabled. I didn't post this in bugs because I do not think it is, because when I switch to mouselook mode, changing DPI does indeed change the speed I can look about, but when in joystick mode, my mouse seems to *ramp*, and selecting 400DPI is the exact same as selecting 3400DPI.

I Dunno if I explained this well enough, so whatever, maybe I should not post while drunk, but it is the only time I feel like it recently :P.

In joystick mode, you can only spin your ship as fast as your ship can spin. Changing your DPI should probably change how far you have to move the mouse to look around slowly, but if you wave it across the desktop you should still move at the same maximum rate. I'll play with this later tonight and see if anything feels off though, in case I'm just not grokking you.
