He got muted by an administrator and he is starting to get suicidal becuase Vendetta is his only social reliefe and he is starting to think of commiting suicide.

He needs to know how much longer he could be muted.

He doesnt have much time this is a life or death matter.

If you're serious, you should really refer your friend to some mental health care. Depending on where you live, there may be laws in place that allow you to have them admitted against their will if they're a threat to their own or others lives. Even considering suicide over a video game is world-class stupid.

Generally speaking your friend probably has bigger issues than Vendetta Online going on, and maybe it's time for him to take a break so he can work on those issues. I hope you and your friend feel better.
