Vendetta 1.8.177
- Guild Commanders can now vote on everything that the Council members
can vote on.
- Guild votes now last for 7 days instead of 1 day.
- It should no longer be possible to create more than one User Key for
a given Owner Key.
- Added a condensed group view for the HUD in anticipation of increased
group size limits, but the limit has not yet been changed.
- Server restarts should no longer mess up the Deneb nation scores.

Good progress. The Guild changes are very welcome.
Thx for the key fix! That one was causing some pretty frustrating issues.
Yeah, there are still things to fix about the key system though (key deletion I'm looking at you). The guild and group changes are also very welcome. Awesome!
Christ, what the hell is taking so long that we have 177 releases between 1.8 and 1.9 ?
I think we should just start naming the releases "Bob" or "Sally" because this is getting kind of silly, is 1.9 really that large a step in the project roadmap?

LeberMac you think that is a ridiculous build number? Check this one out. It's the version number for the Second Life virtual world servers so granted far more complex.
"Second Life RC Magnum 11.04.19.226960"
Either way Guild Soft are doing what needs to be done and as long as it does not require such a ridiculous number of builds to integrate Android and fix existing bug then I think it's great.

Your posts are kinda cranky recently Leebs. Is the potential tequila shortage getting you down?
So, has anyone built the first Trident? How close are folks to completion?
@missioncreek2
Capital Ships are really difficult to build. I don't think it's something an individual could really accomplish themselves. What is making it difficult is that the manufacture of the assemblies and some of their components are spread across the the conquerable stations, then these assemblies have to be transported to the Capital Ship station. These assemblies are large and most require a Moth XC to move, which makes it dangerous to even transport the assemblies without escort.
There are guilds that are making good headway on the manufacture of the assemblies, but to my knowledge have yet to successfully transport any.

Oh, a few malcontent Itan tried to stop PA from moving a reactor but in the end they failed.
